Refund Policy
You have 1 week from the moment of arrival to inspect your purchase and to determine if it does not meet with the expectations laid forth by us. In the event that you wish to receive a refund, please go via your payment provider and we will issue you a refund and ask you to specify how the product failed to live up to the expectations.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, the refund will be issued only on the basis that the item and the packaging is in the original condition, and still properly sealed.
When you make a qualifying return, we will credit the full amount, less the handling charges and delivery fees. Refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your claim and find it eligible for a return. Refunds are applied through the original payment option - e.g. Paypal or Stripe, and processed at the discretion of these services.
