Here we would like to present our selection of Pure Organic Taiwanese and Chinese teas, meticulously crafted by one of the celebrated Taiwanese tea masters, Mr Duan, whose dedication to traditional tea craft is truly phenomenal! Mr Duan has a vision of his native Taiwan being the preservation house of the original Chinese tea, and dedicated major part of his life to restoring the traditional tea growing and processing culture in Taiwan but also Yunnan province of China. Yunnan is known a birthplace of many rare tea varieties, especially Pu Er and Red Tea. Mr Duan co-owns and manages several tea fields and an organic tea factory in Yunnan. His work on raising the standard of tea cultivation in Yunnan over 11 years was acknowledged by the Government of the province. All organic tea in this section is collected from diligently inspected and independently verified tea plantations and wild trees, and prepared according to the traditional recipes. This means hand-picked leaves from the top of the tree, hand-kneaded and fried on hard wood fire in a copper wok, sun-dried and finally - packed in a certified organic facility. Mr Duan believes this process is a step above "organic", so he calls it the "Eco Tea". Each tea below comes with the description from Mr Duan. Please make sure you read those!

Vermillion Beauty is a blend of Brother A-Ming's Red Ruby tea from Taiwan harvested in Spring 2023, and local Red tea from Menghai plantation in Yunnan, collected in Spring 2024. It is a high quality everyday tea that combines the depth of Yunnan Red tea with the magnificent aroma of Taiwanese Green Heart Oolong tea fermented as Red. The Taiwanese Red Oolong and Yunnan Red were mixed equally with precision equipment and packaged at Menghai Hexing Tea Factory using recyclable and biodegradable paper packaging.
The Sunset tea is originated from Xishuan Banna area in the South-Western part of Yunnan, close to the Thai and Burmese border. This area is home to some 3000+ year old tea trees. "Xishuan Banna Sunset" is large-leaf loose Red Tea with the brew color reminiscent of the sunset in Xishuan Banna. The tea is certified organic with dual certification in China and EU. Prepared directly at the farm and then packaged at Menghai Hexing Tea Factory, it uses recyclable and biodegradable packaging.
