Natalia is a fitness instructor, yoga teacher, physical exercise therapist, psychologist, artist, and a former professional athlete.

Her practice tends to focus on family relationships and the development of the feminine side of the women she works with. As a skilled choreographer she designs individually crafted forms of dance which she calls “strip plastics” aimed to unbind female sexuality and lead to a higher intuition and self-esteem, a fulfilling sexual life, developed feminine awareness and a balanced relationship. As a councillor she works with families, teenagers, couples and individuals helping them explore their psyche and step away from the negative patterns affecting them.

“I did traditional folk dance and ballet through my school years undergoing rigorous daily training, however decided to pursue a professional athlete’s career instead. I became a multisport athlete specialising in Athletics (long-distance running). At the early age of 16 I received my Master of Sport of Russia title - the equivalent of the national champion in other countries.

Education

After graduating from Kuban' State University of Physical Education, Sports and Tourism as a Physical Exercise Therapist I worked as an instructor of exercise and fitness at various fitness centers around the City and developed an exercise method for empowering women and nurturing sexuality, based on dance and “strip plastics”. For over 20 years I have been studying Iyengar Yoga and practicing daily. I am in love with sea swimming and strive to do it daily, even in winter.

Having decided to extend my awareness of human psychology I entered the St. Petersburg Bekhterev Psychoneurological Research Institute and graduated with a Bachelor degree in Clinical Psychology with specialisation of “Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy”. I attended many seminars and events to further my studies thereafter. After my graduation I worked with sick children in a Cancer Care department of the local hospital and later - as a private psychologist.
